REVIEW: MAC Lip Pencil in Nightmoth

Hey, guys! So, keeping in touch with the fall season and all the trends that it brings, I'm going to review a very vampy, sexy lip liner by MAC called Nightmoth.

A pencil designed for shaping, lining or filling in the lip. Lip Pencils have a smooth, creamy texture that is perfect for lining the lips or filling them in. They are available in a wide selection of colors that each work well with many different lipstick shades. Blackened plum.

Nightmoth lip liner is probably one of the most talked about MAC products out there. I've been hearing about it even before I could afford to buy MAC. As you might have noticed, I've developed a love affair with dark lip colors and when I had the chance, I immediately jumped to get this lip pencil.

It's described as a blackened plum, although I would say it's more of a blackened burgundy color. It is a gorgeous color which is perfect for fall- for those who dare wear it!

Nightmoth Lip Pencil is very pigmented and goes on pretty evenly. It has a slightly drier texture and it will pull and tug at your lips if you don't exfoliate them before using this product. However, once it's on, it is on! It absolutely does not budge or bleed at all and it stays on for hours and hours! It definitely increases wear time for any lipstick that I put over it.

This lip pencil is definitely not everyone's cup of tea. I know there are tons of you out there who stick to there nudes, but for those of you who like that dark, sultry pout, than the MAC Lip Pencil in Nightmoth is a must! It's gorgeous and it'll transform any simple makeup look to one that looks like you've spend hours perfecting your makeup.

Priced at CAD $19, the MAC Nightmoth Lip Pencil is a tad expensive for a product that isn't a staple for everyone. However, I absolutely adore it and if you have a chance, I'd definitely recommend you atleast check it out.

Have you tried the MAC Lip Pencil in Nightmoth? What do you think of it? Don't forget to comment and follow me via GFC! :) x
